If you know your username and you provided a password hint when you signed up:
Enter your username and click Submit.
Your password hint is shown. Hopefully, your hint will help you remember your password and you can successfully log in.
If you cannot remember your username or password, we can send them to the e-mail address your previously gave us. Click Forgot your login?
Enter your e-mail address. Your login information will be sent to that address. If that e-mail address is no longer active or you no longer have access, you will not receive your login information. Please contact OFT Support for assistance, OFThelp@marchofdimes.com or 888-274-3711.
After you try these options, if you still cannot log in, you must sign up again. Follow the instructions as if you were a new particpant. If you sign up again, your new account will not include the sponsor history from previous walks.
