Shows the current Team Name and Address. To change this information:
Under the Team Name and Address, click Edit Address.
Enter your new information in the boxes. A box with an asterisk indicates that you must provide this information.
If you find that you cannot change the team name, contact your March of Dimes office.
Be sure to click Save My Changes, near the bottom of the page, to have your changes take effect.
