
If you are using a very old version of a browser, you may run into security safeguards that prevent the Sponsor Form from appearing. If you are being affected, you will notice that you do not see a tab labeled View Sponsor Form on your personal web page.
The recommended solution is to update to a newer version of the browser. Other solutions follow.
If you have anti-virus or pop-up blocking software running on your computer, try temporarily disabling those applications. Then try again to access your page and sponsor forms.
If that doesn't work, try to access your personal Web page using another web browser. We recommend either Internet Explorer or Netscape. Avoid using AOL as there are incompatibilities between our system and AOL at this time.
Try to access your page and forms from another PC that you have access to.
Also, you may want to check with your ISP to see if they have any sort of blocking between your PC and the gateway to the Internet.
