As most of you know I have been very blessed in my life with 3 boys. Nothing could have prepared me though, for the day when my twins were born prematurely. This fundraising opportunity is very important to me because I can not imagine what my life might have been like without these babies. Each day I thank God for blessing me with such a wonderful family & for helping my boys grow strong & healthy. The boys have come a long way since the days of the NICU.
Every year, half a million babies in the U.S. are born prematurely. Premature birth is the leading cause of newborn death and many life long disabilities. The funds we raise in March for Babies support research that saves babies' lives.
The mission of March of Dimes is to improve the health of babies by preventing birth defects, premature birth, and infant mortality.
