Today Kaley and Ashley are happy and healthy little girls. They are beautiful inside and out. They make me smile and laugh every day.

Unfortunately not every parent who experiences premature birth has a happy story. During my time volunteering at the March of Dimes I have met women who lost a child as well as those with a developmentally delayed child-- all because their babies were born too early.

Please help me rasie money for the March of Dimes so that someday every mother and father will have a happy story to tell!

Every year, half a million babies in the U.S. are born prematurely. The occurrence of premature birth continues to increase each year - it's one of the few children health problems on the rise. Premature birth is the leading cause of newborn death and many life long disabilities. The funds we raise in March for Babies support research that saves babies' lives.

The mission of March of Dimes is to improve the health of babies by preventing birth defects, premature birth, and infant mortality.
