When Ryan & Zach were born 13 weeks early, we had no idea what to expect, or what to do. We had no idea where to turn and didn't know anyone who could offer any advice. Only later did I realize what a vital role the March of Dimes played in their survival. Now, thanks to the research and development of the March of Dimes, Ryan and Zach are happy, healthy boys. We know that we would not be where we are today without everything the March of Dimes has done and participating in March for Babies is our way of giving back to an organization that has given us so much.

This year marks 10 years since these beautiful babies blessed our lives. It was so hard to imagine we'd make it this far when we were looking through the plexiglass of those tiny NICU isolettes at the tiniest babies we had ever seen. All we could think about were the wires and tubes protruding from their bodies and the beeping monitors that sounded the alarm when they would forget to breathe.
