How You Can Help Me Reach My Goal!
    Donate Now    Walk with me!

When I first found out that I was pregnant... I have to say as much as I was happy, I was afraid something would go wrong.

Luckily, Christopher was born healthy and only 1 week and a half early... not every family is as lucky as we are. Mikaela, Christopher's cousin was born 1 month early... she is developing just fine, she is almost 2.5 years old now! Another lucky girl!!

Last year, we started a new tradition in our family... we walk for Babies, we raise money to help find the cause of prematurity... we enjoy giving!!

This year, we have a new member in our team... Parker! Christopher's cousin was born at the beginning of December 2008 and we couldn't be happier he was actually a little past the due date, another healthy boy in the family!!

The money we raise helps fund research to find out why premature birth happens and what can be done to prevent it. Premature birth is the #1 cause of newborn death and the biggest threat to babies' health today.

Can you think of anything more important than the health of our babies? If you can't join us, please donate to our team from this page. It's fast, easy and secure.

The mission of March of Dimes is to improve the health of babies by preventing birth defects, premature birth and infant mortality.

Your gift will support March of Dimes research and programs that help moms have full-term pregnancies and babies begin healthy lives. And it will be used to bring comfort and information to families with a baby in newborn intensive care.
