Our beautiful twin boys Andrew & Adam were born nearly 3 1/2 months early (14+weeks early) weighing only 1lb 11oz and 2lbs. They spent 2.5 months in the NICU and their first two months at home on oxygen tanks and heart monitors. Despite their struggles, they are very blessed to be doing so well.

Every year, half a million babies in the U.S. are born prematurely. Premature birth is the leading cause of newborn death and many life long disabilities including cerebral palsy, mental retardation, blindness, hearing impairment, learning disabilities, behavior disorders, and even austism.

The funds we raise in March for Babies support research that saves babies' lives and improve outcomes for survivors.

The mission of March of Dimes is to improve the health of babies by preventing birth defects, premature birth, and infant mortality.
