Every year, half a million babies in the U.S. are born prematurely. Premature birth is the leading cause of newborn death and many life long disabilities. The funds we raise in WalkAmerica support research that saves babies' lives.

Our lil angel, Mylie, was born at 29 weeks gestation and weighed 3lbs 1oz. She was transported from Medical Center of Mckinney to Medical Center of Plano where she stayed 45 days in the NICU. We have been very blessed!!! Mylie is now 3 years old and doing great!!!! I am so thankful for the doctors, nurses, and staff at Medical Center of Plano and for the March of Dimes for helping give each precious baby a chance. Your donation will help us and the March of Dimes fight prematurity!
