Friends, family members, and I have been have all been met with the challenges and experiences surrounding a wide range of complications during pregnancy. Although each baby is unique and special, my feeling is the same: a healthy baby is a blessing. It is so important that we support research in our communities to ensure our children and their children have healthy, full term babies.
All donations help fund research of premature births and birth-defects. Once we understand the cause of theses complications, we can prevent and effectively treat them.
THANK YOU FOR YOUR THOUGHTS AND SUPPORT!

Megan, my best friend of over 15 years, and her husband, Chris became proud parents on 3/23/07. This page is dedicated to Baby Lucas Jack, weighing 2 lbs, 11oz. Lucas was born 8 weeks early and is doing better every day adjusting to the large world around him.
Every year, half a million babies in the U.S. are born prematurely. Premature birth is the leading cause of newborn death and many life long disabilities. The funds we raise in WalkAmerica support research that saves babies' lives. Please help these little angels have the best chance of a healthy life.
The mission of March of Dimes is to improve the health of babies by preventing birth defects, premature birth, and infant mortality.
