Hi Everyone!! This is the fifth year I am walking in the March of Dimes March for Babies. I do this in memory of my little niece and in honor of my nephew. Jordyn Hope Raleigh was born on January 11, 2009 to my brother Mark and his wife Crystal. She was 3 months early and weighed just 12 ounces and was 11 1/2 inches long. She lived for 25 hours and touched many lives in that short amount of time. I was blessed to have met her and been present for her baptism. We walked for the first time in May 2009 in honor of Jordyn Hope and at the walk, Mark and Crystal announced that Jordyn would be having a sibling in the near future. On October 21st, Dustyn John Raleigh was born. He was about 6 weeks early. He weighed in at 3 lb 6 oz and had an uneventful 28 day NICU stay and is now a happy healthy 3 1/2 year old little boy who welcomed a brother, Weston James last May. Weston was full-term and born in a "normal" hospital. In honor of these three precious little ones I walk and ask you to join me in supporting the March of Dimes.
