We all probably know someone or a family who has been affected by a baby born prematurely. It is life changing; for parents, siblings and the premature infant.
Babies are not ready to be born before 40 weeks and those that are can have developmental difficulties. Babies that are born before 36 weeks can even face a tougher time adjusting to their new world. Just sucking on a bottle can be hard for them, let alone brain, lung and heart developments that might have yet occurred.
But with our fundraising efforts, we can help change that. Research is currently underway to develop treatments for lung, heart, and brain development; cures are being worked on for vision defects; and many more research projects are underway to learn about why premature births happen and how to prevent them.
I am begging you to join me in the fight to end premature births and to help those that are born prematurely. Please donate whatever you can to my/our cause. $0.81 of every dollar raised in Iowa stays in Iowa to work towards our mission of helping mom and babies. This money helps with providing educational material to families and healthcare providers on the stresses of prematurity.
Please help me. I have seen babies born early, the impact it has on families, and how, because of the research done by the March of Dimes, babies are surviving the odds of being born prematurely and grow into energy filled children.
My goal this year is to raise $800, and with your help I can make this a reality! Please help!

I thank you, babies born early thank you and unborn babies thank you too!
