Message from the Team Captain
Welcome to the team page of the Grand Strand's "Moms Making A Difference". As mothers, there is nothing more important to us than our beautiful children. For some of us, the endeavors of the March of Dimes hit very close to home, having dealt with prematurity or birth defects. For others, we have been blessed to have avoided these situations. For both reasons, it is important for us to give to this wonderful cause!
We've formed our March for Babies team to raise money to help all babies be born healthy. Please join us in this important endeavor. Simply sign up, donate, or sponsor one of our walkers or our entire team from this page.
The money we raise helps fund research to find out why premature birth happens and what can be done to prevent it. Premature birth is the #1 cause of newborn death and the biggest threat to babies' health today.

The mission of March of Dimes is to improve the health of babies by preventing birth defects, premature birth and infant mortality.

Funds raised in March for Babies support research and programs that help moms have full-term pregnancies and babies begin healthy lives. And they will be used to bring comfort and information to families with a baby in newborn intensive care.
