ABOUT MARCH FOR BABIES

March for Babies takes place rain or shine! Nearly 4 million babies are born in the U.S. every year, and each one needs us. The money you raise will be a lifeline for moms and babies near you and across the country. Join more than 500 people at the Indian River County walk in support of moms at every stage from preconception to post-delivery with research, programs and education—and it all comes together with a celebration at March for Babies on May 5, 2018.

Michelle and Dean Cambron and Carter

CARTER'S COMMANDOS: SOLDIERS FOR PREEMIES Carter was born to Michelle and Dean in February 2014 at just 24 weeks, 4 days gestation. Although weighing only 1 lb., 9 oz. and measuring just 12.5 inches in length at birth, Carter had a strong drive to survive and went home with Mom and Dad after a five month, one week NICU stay. Carter will soon celebrate his fourth birthday and still maintains the same drive to thrive - just like the day he was born.
