Our March for Babies celebration is still on, but it looks a little different! We are rapidly preparing for a new, virtualized event that will be fun and engaging for everyone. This change in format aligns with the newly released CDC guidance for large events, to help ensure the safety and health of our participants. More details on our new format to come soon!

ABOUT MARCH FOR BABIES
Join us in Rochester and set your goals with our new fundraising programs in mind. Raise $200 and become a member of the $200 club to earn a t-shirt, $200 club decal and button. Raise $1000 or more and earn a Circle of Champions t-shirt and button plus a Macy's or Kmart gift card. We're getting ready to walk in March for Babies! It promises to be a fun day out with people who share our passion for improving the health of babies. There'll be family teams, company teams and people walking with friends - it's a great feeling knowing we're all helping real families right here in our community

The Thompson Family

In 2008, our twin girls, Alexis and Zoe, were born premature, at 24 weeks. Alexis weighed 1 lb., 7 oz. and Zoe weighed 1 lb., 6 oz. We were told that there was a four percent chance we would end up with two healthy girls. Alexis and Zoe received surfactant treatment, funded by the March of Dimes, which accelerated the development of their lungs and played a significant role in their survival. Today, that four percent has become a reality for us. Alexis and Zoe are now in first grade and are vibrant, healthy, and beautiful girls. We are honored to be the Ambassador Family for this year’s March for Babies, and wholeheartedly support the March of Dimes in the hopes that all premature babies will receive the gift of life that was given to Alexis and Zoe.
