We're getting ready to walk in March for Babies! It promises to be a fun day out with people who share our passion for improving the health of babies. There'll be family teams, company teams and people walking with friends - it's a great feeling knowing we're all helping real families right here in our community

The Rigatti Family
On September 21, 2010, Danielle Rigatti was in an automobile accident that threatened her life and the lives of her unborn twin sons. The accident caused Danielle to go into preterm labor at 28 weeks. She went on bed rest, then was hospitalized for one week. On October 8th, a sonogram indicated low amniotic fluid around Twin B, Justin, and an emergency cesarean section was required to save the lives of the twins. Dylan and Justin Rigatti were born 10 weeks premature at Richmond University Medical Center. Dylan weighed
3 lbs., 3 oz. and was 16 inches long. Justin weighed 2 lbs., 6 oz. and was 16 inches long. They were put on CPAP for one week to assist with their breathing. Dylan was hospitalized in the Newborn Intensive Care Unit (NICU) for 29 days and Justin came home after 44 days. Today, the boys are 4 years old and attend UPK at PS 48. Dylan plays baseball, basketball, and loves puzzles. Justin loves playing with his toy dinosaurs and visiting the zoo. They both enjoy spending time with their best friend and cousin, Gabriella
