Our March for Babies celebration is still on, but it looks a little different! We are rapidly preparing for a new, virtualized event that will be fun and engaging for everyone. This change in format aligns with the newly released CDC guidance for large events, to help ensure the safety and health of our participants. More details on our new format to come soon!

Meet Daniel

When Daniel was born at 25 weeks, we knew the chances of him either not surviving or having some major complications was a very real possibility. He weighed 1 lb., 14 oz. and was 13 1/2 inches long at delivery. It took two weeks for us to finally hold him. <P> I am very proud to be Daniel's mom. Though it wasn't the road we had planned for, the journey of his life has been a remarkable one. He is the "real deal.” He keeps me grounded and helps me keep what really is important in life in the forefront of my mind. <P> Daniel turns 20 this year and we will also celebrate our family’s 19th walk. Our team has expanded to include Daniel's siblings, cousins, some extended family members and friends. <P> It has been awesome to see the awareness for premature birth grow thanks to the March of Dimes. And it is comforting to know there are others out there who have shared the same scary path, and that we are helping to raise funds to help stop future premature births.
