I joined the movement to create positive change for moms and babies everywhere, especially those most at risk. After a high risk pregnancy and delivering my sweet boy 7 weeks early, measuring 26 weeks at just 2lbs, 14oz, we were blessed to have amazing medical care in the NICU. The stress of being a new mom to a baby that wasn't fully developed presented many challenges that we truly could not have overcome without our NICU team of doctors, nurses, and volunteers. Everything from free meals, lactation care, baby books, and even making crafts with his footprints to celebrate milestones all made for an experience that we could not be more grateful for. After 37 days, our fighter was sent home and is now 6 months old and packing on the pounds! I want all mothers and babies to have access to the same kind of care during such a difficult time.
With preterm birth and maternal death rates continuing to rise, I’m committed to raising funds so that every family gets the best possible start. But I need your help.
Please visit my fundraising page to make a donation. Together we’ll be part of a movement to make America a more equitable place and ensure that every mom and baby is healthy.
March of Dimes is dedicated to bringing people together to tackle America's maternal and infant health crisis—one person, one community, and one step at a time. More than a series of walks, March for Babies is an annual tradition that supports moms and babies every day, every step of the way.
March for Babies connects friends, families, and coworkers to improve the health of families nationwide. Together with March of Dimes, each step forward brings us closer to a healthy future for all.
Thank you for your support!
