Caspian Arnold Hashemi was born on March 27, 2026 at 10:21 AM at 34 weeks, weighing 6 lbs. 4 oz. He arrived safely and is currently in the NICUat Inova Fair Oaks Hospital where he initially required respiratory support but continues to make steady progress each day.
His biggest goals right now are to grow stronger, develop, and ultimately come home to his family—especially his big sisters, Artemisia and Soraya, who are eagerly waiting to meet him.
We have been deeply touched by the kindness, generosity, and offers of support from our friends and family. We are truly grateful and will certainly reach out as needs arise.
For those who wish to support Caspian at this time, we have created an opportunity to contribute in his name through a March of Dimes fundraiser, supporting families and babies facing similar challenges.
March of Dimes is dedicated to bringing people together to tackle America's maternal and infant health crisis—one person, one community, and one step at a time. More than a series of walks, March for Babies is an annual tradition that supports moms and babies every day, every step of the way.
March for Babies connects friends, families, and coworkers to improve the health of families nationwide. Together with March of Dimes, each step forward brings us closer to a healthy future for all.
Thank you for your support!
