The mission of the March of Dimes is to improve the health of babies by preventing birth defects, premature birth and infant mortality. The March of Dimes provides mothers, pregnant women and women of childbearing age with educational resources on baby health, pregnancy, preconception and new motherhood, as well as supplying information and support to families affected by prematurity, birth defects, or other infant health problems.

Our team mission will also be to honor and celebrate the lives of the little people we have in our lives today, some of which aren't so little anymore. Through the March of Dimes we will ensure that a higher percentage of those little people grow into incredible adults like yourselves. The money you raise in March for Babies funds important research and programs that help babies begin healthy lives. Thank you!

La misión de March of Dimes es mejorar la salud de los bebés mediante la prevención de defectos congénitos, nacimientos prematuros y la mortalidad infantil. March of Dimes proporciona madres, mujeres embarazadas y mujeres en edad fértil con recursos educativos sobre la salud del bebé, embarazo, antes de la concepción y de la nueva maternidad, así como el suministro de información y apoyo a las familias afectadas por la prematurez, defectos de nacimiento u otros problemas de salud infantil.
