It has been my pleasure to work for the March of Dimes since 2012. When I originally heard about the job opportunity, I had just had Harrison and thought - wow, what an amazing organization that I would love to work for. So I applied and have been having a great time helping to make a difference for moms and babies in Central Alabama, Alabama and all over the United States since 2012.
Everyone wants to make a difference in this world, I believe. Alton and I talk about how we both like to make a difference and that is why we are in the professions we are. I want to leave this life one day, knowing that I have made a positive change in the world and I know I am doing so by helping moms and babies everywhere, especially those most at risk.
With preterm birth and maternal death rates continuing to rise, I’m committed to raising funds so that every family gets the best possible start. But I need your help.
