MY STORY

I am the 2019 Shining Star Award Recipient. My name is Claudia, I was born June 2011 prematurely with a birth defect of gastroschisis. I'm walking with my team (family and friends) and I'm asking for donations to be made in my name for the March of Dimes!!! Please help me get the word out by donating any amount. Birth defect awareness is what helped my mom prepare for what was in store for her. I was born at CHOP and had my 1st surgery at 9 days old (yup I'm a tough cookie).
