I joined the movement to raise funds for this important cause after my dear friend had a pre-term baby. After watching her efforts to help March of Dimes, I learned so much. Their mission is to lead the fight for the health of ALL moms and babies. Their goals are to end the preventable maternal health risks and deaths, end preventable preterm birth and infant death, and close the health equity gap.
I realize I was lucky to have good care for myself and my babies when I was pregnant and that is not the case for all Americans. Let's change that and help this worthy organization close the gap.
