I am very excited to be fundraising with March for Babies for the sixth year in a row, and with your help I hope to surpass my fundraising totals from previous years! It is an honor to advocate on behalf of healthy babies and moms everywhere, and I am proud to call on my friends and family to join me in this worthy cause. On December 5th, 2019, my wife Erin and I welcomed our beautiful twin girls Ruby and Cora into the world. Born at 32 weeks after an uneventful pregnancy up to that point, and weighing under 4 lbs. each, it quickly became clear there would be challenges that lay ahead before we would be able to bring our babies home. The ensuing 4 weeks in the NICU was as much of a rollercoaster as one might expect, continuously underscoring just how fragile and incredible life can be. Becoming a NICU family was never in our plans (nor do I imagine it is in anyone's), but with my involvement with March of Dimes and having the opportunity to tour NICU facilities to see firsthand the incredible work these doctors and nurses perform day in and day out, I knew that our babies were in the best possible place they could be. 

As of today, Ruby and Cora are now 5 years old, thriving and keeping the rest of us on our toes. In the grand scheme of things, we were incredibly fortunate. Our story is not unique, and with the incredibly high rate of premature births in America, families like ours need all the help they can get to make sure all moms and babies are healthy!

The funds I raise enable March of Dimes to support research, lead programs and provide education and advocacy that truly makes a difference to families in our community and across the country.
