Why we walk

Come walk with us or donate to celebrate Lily's 8th birthday! Did you know that premature birth affects about 380,000 babies here in the United States? ...like Lily who spent 72 days in the NICU at Edward Hospital after I delievered her at 30 weeks, 4 days. We are walking AGAIN in March for Babies to educate families, prevent premature births and you can help. If you'd like, please donate to help us reach our goal and/or join our family on Sunday, May 18th as we walk to support premature babies and their families at the walk in Lisle. Together we can help the March of Dimes fight prematurity so more babies can get the strongest start possible, just like Lily did.

WE NEED TO UNITE, CONNECT AND FIGHT FOR FAMILIES

With preterm birth rates continuing to rise, the U.S. remains among the most dangerous developed nations for childbirth, especially for women and babies of color.

At March for Babies you're lifting up communities, creating connections and taking action to make America a more equitable place and ensure that every mom and baby is healthy.

Together, we’re marching to raise funds and awareness to transform the health of all families!

THANK YOU FOR YOUR SUPPORT!
