In 2010, MJ was born too soon. I was just 6 months pregnant. His life was short but it has left such an impression on me & my family. As a NICU nurse, I’ve learned empathy & compassion for families on this journey.
Did you know the March of Dimes isn’t just about babies? But also about raising awareness and affecting change for women and mothers. March of Dimes is all about increasing health equity, working to ensure equal access to care, and preventative care for mothers and babies everywhere.
If you have a mother, know a mother, are a mother, have suffered the loss of a baby, know someone who has suffered infant loss, work in a NICU, know someone who works in a NICU, have been a patient in the NICU, are a family member of a former NICU patient, are a woman, know a woman...this is for you! The work the March of Dimes is doing is for you!!
March of Dimes is dedicated to bringing people together to tackle America's maternal and infant health crisis—one person, one community, and one step at a time. More than a series of walks, March for Babies is an annual tradition that supports moms and babies every day, every step of the way.
March for Babies connects friends, families, and coworkers to improve the health of families nationwide. Together with March of Dimes, each step forward brings us closer to a healthy future for all.
Thank you for your support!
