As a NICU social worker, I walk for all the families I see on a daily basis and for all my future families. I love what I do, and I love that I get to be a part of these family's stories. Preterm birth is more common than I ever knew before working here. I believe that all families should be able to get the best care they can when it comes to preterm birth and maternal health. I joined the movement to create positive change for moms and babies everywhere, especially those most at risk.
