Being a NICU nurse at Children's National has been a huge joy. These babies and their families are so special and need all the help they can get. Premature birth affects about 450,000 babies here in the United States. The March of Dimes funds research to fight prematurity and birth defects and does so much to support our tiny patients and their families during their NICU stay.
