8 months ago, my kiddo was born at 34 weeks and 3 days premature. I had an unexpected onset of severe pre-eclampsia, and with the help of my incredible midwives, birth & labor support, and the NICU team, but tiny human is here today as a healthy, happy, and hilarious kid.
We are marching in honor of the preemies we connected with during our NICU stay, the families who spent the beautiful summer days inside of a tiny room supporting their smallest humans, and in memory of those families whose baby did not come home. We march to honor the care we received from the NICU team and to help the families who came after us continue to be loved, cared for, and supported during their stay.
Please visit my fundraising page to make a donation. Together we’ll be part of a movement to make America a more equitable place and ensure that every mom and baby is healthy.
With preterm birth rates continuing to rise, the U.S. remains among the most dangerous developed nations for childbirth, especially for women and babies of color.
At March for Babies™ you're lifting up communities, creating connections and taking action to make America a more equitable place and ensure that every mom and baby is healthy.
Together, we’re marching to raise funds and awareness to transform the health of all families!
THANK YOU FOR YOUR SUPPORT!
