As an ob/gyn, I am fortunate to be present at some of both the happiest and saddest moments for a family. I see the tragic complications of pregnancy and the systemic bias and disparities that keep people from having healthy, wanted pregnancies, births and children. When we talk about reproductive justice, we need to support research, clinical care and advocacy that help us all have the families that we want.
