While most of you know my story and the heartache that me and my family had to endure with the loss of our baby boy, “P4”, many of you don't know that I spent over 75 days in the hospital, isolated from my daughters, husband, family, friends, and the world of COVID, trying to prevent his premature birth! Although our journey did not end with the outcome that we had prayed and hoped for, I have joined this movement to help create positive change for moms and babies everywhere, especially those most at risk, with hopes that other families will not have to experience the same devastating loss.
With preterm birth and maternal death rates continuing to rise, I’m “WALKING FOR P4” on Saturday, April 12th, to raise funds so that every family gets the best possible start. But I need your help.
Please visit my fundraising page to make a donation. Together we’ll be part of a movement to make giving birth in America a more equitable playing field and help to ensure that every mom and baby is healthy, regardless of race or socioeconomic status.
With preterm birth rates continuing to rise, the U.S. remains among the most dangerous developed nations for childbirth, especially for women and babies of color.
At March for Babies™ you're lifting up communities, creating connections and taking action to make America a more equitable place and ensure that every mom and baby is healthy.
Together, we’re marching to raise funds and awareness to transform the health of all families!
THANK YOU FOR YOUR SUPPORT!
