As many of you know, our daughter, Emily was born 11 weeks premature weighing 3 pounds. She spent 49 days in the NICU before coming home a healthy 5 pound baby. We are so lucky because Emily has escaped any lasting effects of her prematurity and is now an energetic and creative 7th grader that has a passion for Broadway and loves to sing, read, write, ride her bike, and hang out with her friends and brother.
