I joined the movement because my niece gave birth to her miracle of a son at 28 weeks. She and her husband then began their journey as preemie NICU parents.
This is Never an easy path. Leaving your heart in the hands of doctors and nurses often times questioning yourself. The people who work hands on with the families of these beautiful babies everyday give so much of themselves as well
Funding, facilities and so many components are needed to keep things running in order for the continued success and growth of preemie care, research into possible early detection of prenatal issues.
Funding can help these babies and their families in countless ways. I believe my great nephew is here today due to the unbelievable teamwork and support my niece received as a result of these specialists. That’s why I believe in this cause.
