In 2019, my daughter Morgan Janille Martin made her arrival into the world six weeks early. Those early days were filled with uncertainty, prayers, and a deep reliance on the care and resources that helped her grow strong. Every year, I choose to raise funds for March for Babies in her honor.
This cause is deeply personal, but it’s also bigger than my family. Black babies are more than twice as likely to die before their first birthday compared to white babies. That’s not just a statistic—it’s a crisis. And it’s why I continue to fight for change.
March for Babies, through the March of Dimes, works to close the health equity gap, fund research, support families with premature babies, and advocate for policies that protect the most vulnerable. When you give, you’re not just making a donation—you’re giving hope, resources, and a fighting chance to families like mine.
Please consider supporting my team and making a donation today. Together, we can honor Morgan’s journey and help ensure that every baby—regardless of race or zip code—gets the best possible start.

March of Dimes is dedicated to bringing people together to tackle America's maternal and infant health crisis—one person, one community, and one step at a time. More than a series of walks, March for Babies is an annual tradition that supports moms and babies every day, every step of the way.
March for Babies connects friends, families, and coworkers to improve the health of families nationwide. Together with March of Dimes, each step forward brings us closer to a healthy future for all.
Thank you for your support!
