* I walk in honor of my 2 girls who are 21 and turning 23 soon (yes, that's them helping at a NICU ice cream social circa 2008).
* I walk in honor of all the babies who have been cared for at Inova Children’s Hospital.
* I walk in honor of the incredible NICU staff at Inova Children's Hospital.
* I walk because the March of Dimes funds research to prevent prematurity, birth defects and infant loss.
* I walk because the March of Dimes is a strong advocate for improved perinatal health care on the federal and state level. Babies need a voice.
* I walk so the March of Dimes can continue providing support and education for NICU families.
* I walk because every baby deserves a healthy start!
