Not many people know this about our family, but our baby was diagnosed with a rare genetic life-threatening condition at 2 months old. Newborn screening detects conditions that are often undetectable at birth and if left untreated can cause disability, developmental delay, illness, or even death. Because of organizations like March of Dimes that fund research on birth defects and lead advocacy for newborn screenings, we were able to start treatment immediately without any significant side effects. This condition can’t be cured, but is very manageable with treatment and routine monitoring. She is now a happy, healthy 4-year-old who we know will live a normal life. ❤
I joined the movement to create positive change for moms and babies everywhere, especially those most at risk. I’m committed to raising funds so that every family gets the best possible start. But I need your help.

With preterm birth rates continuing to rise, the U.S. remains among the most dangerous developed nations for childbirth, especially for women and babies of color.
At March for Babies™ you're lifting up communities, creating connections and taking action to make America a more equitable place and ensure that every mom and baby is healthy.
Together, we’re marching to raise funds and awareness to transform the health of all families!
THANK YOU FOR YOUR SUPPORT!
