We are honored to join the OHSU Doernbecher NICU Team for the March of Dimes March for Babies event on June 1st here in Portland, OR!
When Wren was born, there was a lot of uncertainty to her journey of growth and development given her pre-term delivery secondary to severe pre-eclampsia. Thankfully, with the dedication and care of her inpatient and outpatient team at Doernbecher as well as the steadfast love and support from family and friends, she was successfully feeding and growing on her own at 9 months old! We are so thankful to look back at this challenging time in our lives on the other side with a thriving and spunky 2.5-year-old!
Please join by walking with us (locally or remotely) and/or donating to raise awareness for maternal and infant health. This nationwide walking event supports research, programs, and advocacy efforts to improve the health of moms and babies.
With preterm birth rates continuing to rise, the U.S. remains among the most dangerous developed nations for childbirth, especially for women and babies of color.
At March for Babies™ you're lifting up communities, creating connections and taking action to make America a more equitable place and ensure that every mom and baby is healthy.
Together, we’re marching to raise funds and awareness to transform the health of all families!
THANK YOU FOR YOUR SUPPORT!
