There has never been a more pressing time in our lives than now to help support mothers and their babies have a strong start at life. That is why I am supporting and fundraising for the March for Babies. I will be participating in the virtual walk on Saturday, April 24th!!
Why do I continue to walk year after year, you ask?
Ø Because there are many challenges mothers face on the journey to bring new life into the world and they need support.
Ø Because half a million babies and their families are impacted by premature birth.
Ø Because babies born too soon are more likely to die or have lifelong disabilities.
Ø Because every year there are 120,000 babies born with serious birth defects and deserves to have someone in their corner fighting for them.
Ø Because Zeta Phi Beta Sorority Inc. Has been in Partnership with March for Babies for over 40 years and believes that every baby deserves the best possible start at life.
