Our daughter, Emma Kate, was born at 23 weeks and 2 days gestation weighing 1 lb 6 ounces. She spent 129 days in the NICU. She suffered and endured numerous health issues and thanks to amazing doctors, nurses, and therapists, is now thriving. Her story would not be possible without her twin brother, Jack, who protected her from any harm and allowed her to develop as long as she could. We love and honor Jack, our Angel in Heaven.
Emma Kate is a healthy and happy 8 year old who brings insurmountable joy to our life. She is the best big sister to brother, Dominic. We are so proud of our Miracle on Earth.
