Dear Friends and Family,
I am excited to announce that I will be leading the fundraising efforts for Team Aiden this year! Team Aiden started the year I was born, when my Dad and family walked in the Austin March for Babies. I was two weeks old, and still in the NICU. Since 2008, thanks to your amazing generosity, Team Aiden has raised over $75,000 in support of March of Dimes!!
I was born twelve weeks early, and I know that I was very lucky to survive the complications that come from such an early birth. The important work of March of Dimes helps mothers and improves the health of babies by preventing birth defects, premature birth, and infant mortality. This important research helped me thrive, despite my early start in life. I am forever grateful to my amazing doctors and nurses who helped me, many of whom I still keep in touch with. I was able to see my amazing neonatolgist, Dr. Kelley, last summer. There is a photo of us up on our team page!
Team Aiden will be walking this year on May 17 to raise important funds to help March of Dimes. I would appreciate any way that you can help. My family and I are so thankful for your continued support.
