March of Dimes leads the fight for the health of all moms and babies. The funds I raise in March for Babies support the research, programs, education and advocacy needed to give all babies the best possible start.
Approximately half a million babies in the U.S. are born prematurely or with birth defects each year. These babies face a greater likelihood of death or disability or lifelong health conditions.
