March for Babies is the March of Dimes’ largest national fundraising and awareness event, bringing together families, friends, coworkers, and organizations across thousands of communities nationwide. Through a shared walk experience—whether in person or virtually—participants come together around a common goal: improving the health of moms and babies.
Funds raised through March for Babies directly support research, education, advocacy, and programs that work to prevent preterm birth, birth defects, and infant mortality. Just as importantly, the event raises awareness about the very real maternal and infant health challenges facing families across the U.S.
