I am raising funds for March for Babies because Black mothers and infants deserve equitable, healthy beginnings. Black women and babies continue to face disproportionately poor maternal and infant outcomes due to systemic inequities—not individual choices. This cause reflects my deep commitment to advancing Black maternal health and improving infant survival.
As a nurse focused on health policy, equity, and eliminating disparities, my advocacy extends beyond clinical care. Supporting March for Babies aligns with my professional identity and my purpose: to push for meaningful change that ensures every mother and baby has a fair and healthy start.
March of Dimes is dedicated to bringing people together to tackle America's maternal and infant health crisis—one person, one community, and one step at a time. More than a series of walks, March for Babies is an annual tradition that supports moms and babies every day, every step of the way.
March for Babies connects friends, families, and coworkers to improve the health of families nationwide. Together with March of Dimes, each step forward brings us closer to a healthy future for all.
Thank you for your support!
