MY STORY

My sweet granddaughter, Kennedy Rose, was born at 26 weeks. She fought hard in her short time with us. She was our sweet angel. My courageous daughter-in- law, Amanda, her mother, has had to endure more than any person should have to as she lost her husband, my son, Nick, one month before Kennedy was born. Amanda and Nick had battled his cancer together for over 5 years. Amanda was his advocate. Amanda was Kennedy’s advocate. Now Amanda has invited me to join with her in the March of Dimes as she chooses to also advocate for all those babies out there that need our help.
