As some of you know, our miracle blessing was born 7 weeks premature after multiple repeated miscarriages. He then had to have a corrective surgery less than 24 hours old to repair his esophagus connection and therefore was transferred to a different hospital than where I delivered. I’m thankful that we had access to a world-renowned children’s hospital for our son to receive treatment, but not all premature babies do.
This is why I continue to be a supporter of the March of Dimes movement to create positive change for moms and babies everywhere!
