On Sunday, April 26, 2026, I will again be participating in the March for Babies event in Chicago and ask that you consider sponsoring me. As you may know, 13 years ago my daughter and her husband (Jamie and Michael Knapstein) lost their two precious baby girls, Ava Grace and Addison Ann, to preterm labor at 21 weeks. Since that time, Jamie and Michael have been blessed with twin daughters, Isla Grace and Aubrey Ann. These two were born 8 weeks premature, and are now thriving and healthy 11-year-olds. And, a little over six years ago they were also blessed with the birth of Everly Mae, who was born on September 4, 2018, six weeks early. She's now a lively and fun-filled 7-year-old.
For the past 75 years, the March of Dimes has helped babies get a healthy start in life, and March for Babies makes this work possible. The money I raise will support programs that help moms have healthy, full-term pregnancies, and will fund research to prevent premature birth and birth defects.
You can make a secure donation with your credit card by clicking the link below, you can send me a check made out to the March of Dimes, or make a cash donation. Thank you for considering my request, and I really believe that together, we can give more babies a healthy start in life.
Thank you for helping me give all babies a healthy start, and many blessings to you and your family!
March of Dimes is dedicated to bringing people together to tackle America's maternal and infant health crisis—one person, one community, and one step at a time. More than a series of walks, March for Babies is an annual tradition that supports moms and babies every day, every step of the way.
March for Babies connects friends, families, and coworkers to improve the health of families nationwide. Together with March of Dimes, each step forward brings us closer to a healthy future for all.
Thank you for your support!
