I walk because I can! I have been moved by the fact that I have been blessed with two thriving healthy children who have grown into adulthood and have left the nest. I have been blessed with two healthy grandsons who are a joy and a blessing from God. So many of my brothers and sisters have known the pain of having a baby born to them with an uncertain future. It is for them I walk and ask you to join me in giving them hope for cures and treatments that may be developed to help those in need.
March of Dimes is dedicated to bringing people together to tackle America's maternal and infant health crisis—one person, one community, and one step at a time. More than a series of walks, March for Babies is an annual tradition that supports moms and babies every day, every step of the way.
