I joined the movement in honor of my 1st grandson Jackson. He passed at 18 days old from neonatal sepsis. My son Kevin and daughter in law Steph had 18 amazing days with Jackson. I was lucky to have spent valuable time with him. Our hearts are forever broken, but we will keep Jackson's memory alive.
We will walk each year in his honor. Jackson is loved, missed and never will be forgotten. Our angel waits for us in heaven until we are reunited again.
