I was so excited. I made it through the morning sickness, the tiredness, all the usual. As I got closer to the end of my pregnancy I had an ultrasound that showed a much different picture and long story short, We had our daughter 7 weeks too soon with issues that were not to be overcome. It was devastating to say the least.
Years later there was a group at 3M that introduced me to what was called back then, Walk America. I happily joined to help save others from going through what we did.
Every day, thousands of babies are born too soon, too small and often very sick. I’m walking in March for Babies because I want to do something about this.
