Most of you know at least part of my story and the heartbreak my family and I experienced with the loss of our only son, our baby boy, “P4", in 2020, what you may not know is the journey leading up to it. I spent 2 ½ months in the hospital, separated from my daughters, my husband, and everyone I love during COVID, doing everything I could to save his life and prevent his premature birth.
Although our story didn’t end the way we prayed for, I’ve chosen to turn that pain into purpose. I’ve joined this movement to help create change for moms and babies everywhere, especially those most at risk that don't have the same access to healthcare that I am so blessed to have, so that other families don’t have to endure the same devastating loss.
With preterm birth and maternal mortality rates continuing to rise, I’m “WALKING FOR P4” on Saturday, April 18th, to raise funds and awareness so every family has the chance at a healthy beginning.
